"I was transferred automatically to this office when my previous agent retired. I never got any response from any communication requests, despite me reaching out several times across various issues and topics. I requested an agent change, and I learned that State Farm logs all communication between them and clients, so my requests were all logged, which was confirmed by my new agent's staff. Horrendous customer service and communication. I requested a change of residential address and ended up over paying my premium after moving to an area with lower crime rates, which was refunded to me by my new agent, because the request was never fulfilled. I could have had issues with my rental lease, because Garth's agency never added an Interested Party to my renters insurance despite multiple requests. Overall, atrocious communication, and I cannot recommend anyone working with this agent."

"Meagan was on point when researching a new policy for me, I was on my way to pick up a new car and she was able to offer me a policy within 30 minutes that was 30% less than my broker had found for me in the span of 2 days. I’ve never had much luck with car insurance companies, but I feel good about working with Meagan. She’s fast, thorough and very responsive."

"This insurance agency is the worst I have ever dealt with in life through State farm.. they are non-communicative they make egregious errors and lie about them.. Garth is an absolute horrible leader but the worst in the entire office is Taylor . They're so overwhelmed that they don't know how to treat their active clients with any respect dignity or loyalty. Then when they're under investigation they lie about !! HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, they are ok with causing harm to people with no remorse... Reported to BBB , ATTORNEY GENERAL."

"I was so appreciative of Taylor Ireland at State Farm Insurance for his help with the various questions I had this week regarding our recent car insurance policies. He took the time to explain things to me so I had a better understanding of the billing.
